Chef Andrea Feder
Always passionate about food and wine, after finishing the hotel school, Andrea Feder has gained a variety of experiences both in Italy and abroad.
His philosophy relies on a continuous search for fresh ingredients and genuine people, and an important valorisation of the territory and what it has to offer.
