The experience begins with a foot bath based on aromatic plants from the area, including: lavender, rosemary, sage and mint, combined with a mixture of salt, apple cider vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. A detox, antibacterial and relaxing action to prepare your body for the massage. 

Lie down on a cotton futon, let yourself be cradled by the expert hands of the operator. Delicate harmonious movements, stretching, tractions and pressure on the energy meridians will lead you into a deep state of relaxation, stimulating your vital energy. 

Subsequently, a total body massage will be given, performed with Swedish or masso-physiotherapy maneuvers and techniques, accompanied by a warm sweet almond oil enriched with essences including mandarin, neroli, wheat germ, bergamot, lemon balm, cedar, grapefruit and myrtle. 

These oils have been specifically chosen to activate a relaxing, anti-stress action, activate circulation and give a wonderful sense of lightness and internal as well as physical well-being, experiencing the sensation of deep serenity.
