We embrace the treasures of our territory, which offers top-notch products. These, often hidden like gems from the mainstream, come from our own production or from companies and farms we are professionally related to.

Chef Andrea Zanin
Always passionate about food and wine, Andrea translates his soul into dishes consistently since he formed his idea of “cuisine”.
His goal is to express himself with taste, elegance, and concreteness through the excellences of the territory, aiming for a revaluation of the Italian culture of hospitality and the table, with no preconceptions.
